What Insurance do you accept? Medicare, Medi-Medi, Blue Shield, TriCare, Cigna, HealthNet/MHN, and some PPO plans.
How long are appointments? A first appointment is usually between 60 and 90 minutes, and subsequent appointments are 45-50 minutes. I generally meet with clients weekly at first, and less often as treatment progresses.
How long will I be in therapy? This varies from person to person, of course, depending on their concerns and how they work on them. I generally work with clients between 3 and 6 months.
What should I bring to my first appointment? Your insurance card(s) and a completed History form. Please also review the forms on the Office Forms page so we can discuss any questions you may have.
How can I cancel an appointment? If you need to cancel an appointment please call to do so as soon as possible. There is a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
